The Grounds
The ever evolving grounds around the Inn offer several seating areas, gardens and paths. Enjoy a view of the rose garden from the side veranda or relax on one of the patios under the spreading pecans. The herb garden is a busy place for both the chefs and bumble bees. Behind the cottage, the vegetable garden provides heirloom produce for nightly meals. Also check out cotton, tobacco, indigo and sugarcane plants, which are a reminder of the agricultural history of the area.
