Swedish Massage
This massage is designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. It helps relieve stress/tension with this relaxing full-body massage. A combination of techniques that improves circulation alienates stiffness and fatique.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage helps to release myofacial restrictions in the body. It relieves chronic tension; increases range of motion, improves posture and enhances self-awareness.

Aromatherapy Massage
Relieve built-up tension and alleviates stress with this relaxing, full-body massage; a combination of techniques and deep penetrating aromatherapy oils to whisk away the aches and worries of everyday life.

Foot Massage
Considering the feet as a microcosm of the entire body; I use a thumb and finger technique to manipulate specific points in the feet to balance and amplify energy.

Foot Scrub
Experience a luxurious way to rejuvenate and hydrate the feet by applying mineral sea salts to exfoliate the skin, then replenishing the feet with a gentle massage; excellent for cracked or hardened heels.

Swedish/Sea Salt Foot Scrub Combo
After a full one hour relaxing massage, a mixture of scented oils and mineral sea salts and/or polish is applied to the feet, stimulating circulation and leaving the skin satin smooth.
