Produced and bottled by Santa Barbara Winery this multi-vineyard blend includes several western Santa Barbara vineyards including Lafond, Scheid, and Vino Ranch. Winemaking:
All the grapes are pressed as whole clusters and 51% is fermeneted in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation. The remaining 45% is barrel fermented in a mix of French and Hungarian pucheons. Price per Glass: $8.00
