Sensory:Bright, dark red,spicy red berries, cherry and flinty nuances on the nose. Silky, supple and sweet. Finishes with soft tannins and long length. Vineyards and Growing Season:
Casteinuovo dell Abaate in the South-West region of Tuscany. Winemaking:
100% Sangiovese. Total alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. Malolactic. Ages 4 years with a minimum of 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels followed by at least 6 months in bottle. Price per Bottle: $65.00
