Sensory:Aromas of black currants, cherries and cassis with rich canilla undertones. A very BIG wine in the mouth with moderate tannisn and good alcohol. Vineyards and Growing Season:
The grapes are from five vineyards in the Columbia and Yakima Valleys in Washington state. Winemaking:
Pasteur Red yeast was used at maximum fermentation of 86 degrees F. Aged in primarily Eureopean oak barrels. Price per Glass: $9.00
